This collection includes 218 pieces grouped in a series of smaller collections: tiles, biscuit porcelain, bronze, "chinoiserie," fans, mother-of-pearl, ivory, medals, opaline glass, nosegay holders, tortoiseshell, and textiles (woven African cloth, religious garments, tapestries, Oriental and European rugs).

They hark back to different times and lifestyles. Once a familiar part of daily life, today they are just curiosities whose functions have been forgotten.

The Museum is open every day from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm, except on Tuesdays, when it
closes for maintenance and technical work. It's worth your while to experience the
